Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping (7-10 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days)
    • Overnight Shipping (2-3 business days)

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • To report an issue, please email us at Explore@allanarchive.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
